30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Free Size Exchange

We offer one free size exchange per order. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number at support@plainwearco.com.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@plainwearco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
